Private Ownership Under Attack

Must Retain Private Land Ownership Society

Must Retain Private Land Ownership Society

Conservation Easements and Land Trust Scheme

The Constitution was based, in part, on private ownership of land. Remember, the fine chaps who put it together came from the land of “monarchy.” Where only a few could ever own property. For them the right to own property was a key in founding the U.S.A. Without private ownership, citizens have little reason to be involved in their government. Sound like today, where very few people own their land outright? And it a difficult era like today, many lose their land.

When the population of ownership falls below 50% we no longer will have a nation which sees a reason to be involved in governing, but one which sees “getting from the government,” as the best option. With legalization of the illegals, that will be the norm in less than 5 years. At which time we can welcome “tyranny of the majority,” as the norm.

Here is an excellent article from the American Policy Center on the process of conservation easement as a means to control land.  Thanks to Strathboogie on Twitter.

Part 4

Conservation Easements are a
Sustainable Development Land Grab

By Clarice Ryan

One of the prime targets of the Sustainability movement is the acquisition and control of private property of this country and the natural resources contained.  The Conservation Easement provides the tools, techniques and motivations to legally wrest the land from its owners and transfer it to the federal government supposedly preserving it for future generations.  Psychological and economic tactics being used are subtle with long-term objectives seldom identified by property owners. They are led to believe they are helping popular environmental efforts, while at the same time being provided personal financial benefits and security.  Some are even awarded public recognition through the media for their noble, unselfish “contribution”.  Unknowingly they have essentially become victims of legalized fraud.  They have enabling NGOs such as The Nature Conservancy to become wealthy in the billions while the land they have committed in perpetuity is doomed to Federal ownership.

  2. The constitution has been under attack from the day it was conceived in the minds of our founding fathers. Freedom has been under attack since day one of human existence. Until people get their heads out of their warm fuzzy rectums and realize there is an ongoing battle to remain free and freedom requires diligence and effort. There is a force driving those who embrace it either consciously or by default that would destroy freedom. Agree with this assessment or not, the preponderance of the evidence points to an antagonist of freedom.
