And who should be making those judgment calls? The American people did not elect Eric Holder to balance the interests of national security and civil liberties. They elected Barack Obama to do that.

I am not suggesting we throw out any sense of logic and start arresting and prosecuting people willy nilly. But should we not have people leading our national security agency who has some idea of how law enforcement works.

One person with knowledge of the weapons said one was a revolver, the other a FN Herstal “Five-seveN”tactical pistol, which one firearms Web site describes as capable of defeating “most body armor in military service around the world today.”

If you find the idea of losing your Freedom appalling, I ask you to put aside your need for heroes and institutions and look to yourself as a leader of local government.

But Obama needs political cover so he is creating a three ring circus for the media by naming a special prosecutor to conduct a likely leaky investigation designed to throw dirt at the CIA.

That’s right Jeff Jones is a former member of the 1970s terrorist organization, the Weather Underground. More than that Jones was a founder and one of four key leaders of the organization with Mark Rudd, Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn. Remember those names.
