If Beck is correct the Cap and Trade bill will force sellers to meet EPA Energy requirements before they can market their houses. Have we gone mad?

Of course the soon to be majority of people who do not pay taxes nor own a home won’t care. Has this reached a point where the debtors are running this country? Remember, our Founding Fathers believed that creditors not debtors should be voting. Their premise– those vested in property were more interested in retaining freedoms.

I might add those who are debtors are already prisoners to another’s dictates.

Hopefully, someone will publish an outline of the exact measures in the bill which will destroy individual choice and shackles us with more central planning.
